Reversed Phase-HPLC is used extensively to purify peptides from mixtures of natural materials as well as digests of pure proteins and purification of synthetic peptides. We routinely use reverse phase chromatography to analyze peptides and isolate proteolytic fragments of proteins for subsequent amino acid sequence analysis or compositional analysis as well as streaming to Proteomics analysis. The Laboratory is well equipped (three HPLC systems) for applications from capillary to preparative chromatography needs. Please call us to consult about your specific requirements. We have a small library of columns that span many applications.
Our library includes: Phenomenex Jupiter C12 (4.6 x 150 mm); Phenomenex Jupiter C4 (4.6 x 150 mm).
