Normal Phases

Aqueous (normal phase) chromatography is used extensively to purify proteins and peptides from mixtures of natural materials. We routinely use aqueous phase chromatography to analyze and isolate proteins for subsequent amino acid sequence analysis, compositional analysis or downstream Proteomics analysis. The PCL has on GE AKTA pure system and a small library of columns that includes hydrophobic interaction, ion exchange, metal chelation and affinity matrices. We also offer Immuno-Depletion chromatography for Proteomics studies of physiological fluids and serum-contaminated samples. Our library includes: GE Superdex 75 16/60 PG; GE Superdex 200 16/60 PG; GE Sephacryl S100 HR; GE Source Q (10/10); GE Source P (10/10);  GE Sepharose DEAE; GE HisTrap FF (1 ml); GE HiTrap Hydrophobics (1 ml).
