Protocols for specific techniques are posted here as pdf documents. Easy for downloading, they can be put into your bag-o-tricks for the future.

We use these same protocols in the PCL and feel, that if followed, they will provide samples of reasonable quality and lead to successful results.

Remember…… always wear gloves, keep your body parts (hair, dandruff, eyelashes) away from the samples. Watch for dust floating down from your heating/AC vents and use reagents and solvents of the highest purity available. Some of the techniques used in the PCL are exquisitely sensitive to contaminants in ways you never believed possible.

Good luck.
